John Miller Cameron

     John Miller Cameron was born on 26 February 1849 at Barony, Lanark, Scotland. He was the son of James Cameron and Ann Miller. John Miller Cameron appeared on the census of 1851 in the household of James Cameron and Ann Miller at Barony, Lanarkshire, Scotland.¹ John Miller Cameron appeared on the census of 1861. He lived in 1876 at Renton, Carluke, Lanark, Scotland. He married Agnes McKinlay, daughter of Daniel McKinlay and Elizabeth Cameron, on 25 February 1876 at Bonhill, Dumbarton, Scotland; "after banns according to the forms of the Church of Scotland."² John Miller Cameron and Agnes McKinlay appeared on the census of 1881 at 10 Crescent, Bonhill, Dumbarton, Scotland. John Miller Cameron and Agnes McKinlay appeared on the census of 1891 at 24 Hill Street, Alexandria, Bonhill, Dumbarton, Scotland.³ John Miller Cameron was draper in 1901.⁴ He died after 1901.
