Mary Ethel Damon married William Erastus Cushing, son of Galen Porter Cushing and Ellen Eugenia Orcutt, on 20 June 1907 at Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Mary Ethel Damon appeared on the census of 1910 in the household of Galen Porter Cushing at 1080 Bedford Street, Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts.2 Mary Ethel Damon and William Erastus Cushing appeared on the census of 1930 at 792 Hancock St, Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts; Census also reports a yet unidentified "Damon, James D, Nephew, age 15" in the household.3 Mary Ethel Damon died on 4 July 1959 at West Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts, at age 71.1 She was buried at Hillside Cemetery, Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts.4
