     Emerson Amosa Orcutt Emerson had three wives:

Olive Metcalf, married Oct 14th, 1797 in Dover, with no known children;

Mehitable Vining, married 10 March 1804 in Abington, with 6 children as listed. He was born on 24 July 1745 at Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts. He was the son of Emerson Orcutt and Mary Gardiner. Emerson Amosa Orcutt married Mehitable Tolman Vining, daughter of Elisha Vining and Mary Pratt, on 10 March 1804 at Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts.¹ Emerson Amosa Orcutt died circa 1837 at Eddington, Penobscot, Maine.

     Mehitable Tolman Vining was born circa 1783. She was the daughter of Elisha Vining and Mary Pratt. Mehitable Tolman Vining married Emerson Amosa Orcutt, son of Emerson Orcutt and Mary Gardiner, on 10 March 1804 at Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts.¹

     William Orcutt was born on 4 April 1817 at Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts. He was the son of Emerson Amosa Orcutt and Mehitable Tolman Vining.

     Leuis Orcutt was born on 20 March 1812. He was the son of Emerson Amosa Orcutt and Mehitable Tolman Vining.

     Mary Williams Orcutt was born on 13 August 1844. She was the daughter of Orren Orcutt and Mary Josselyn Jones. Mary Williams Orcutt appeared on the census of 1850 in the household of Orren Orcutt and Mary Josselyn Jones at Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts; Also reported is a Harriet A Shaw, age 16 living with them. Whether there was a family connection here is unknown.¹

     Orren B Orcutt was born circa 1848. He was the son of Orren Orcutt and Mary Josselyn Jones. Orren B Orcutt appeared on the census of 1850 in the household of Orren Orcutt and Mary Josselyn Jones at Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts; Also reported is a Harriet A Shaw, age 16 living with them. Whether there was a family connection here is unknown.¹

     Emerson Orcutt was boot and shoe manufacturer.¹ He was born on 14 April 1806 at Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of Emerson Amosa Orcutt and Mehitable Tolman Vining. Emerson Orcutt married Adaline Noble, daughter of Erastus Noble and Ruth Kinney, on 14 September 1842.¹ Emerson Orcutt died on 30 March 1871 at North Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts, at age 64; Pneumonia.¹

     Diantha Orcutt was born on 4 December 1807. She was the daughter of Emerson Amosa Orcutt and Mehitable Tolman Vining. Diantha Orcutt died on 12 August 1812 at Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts, at age 4.

     Elisha Vining Orcutt was born on 17 March 1808. He was the son of Emerson Amosa Orcutt and Mehitable Tolman Vining.

     Emerson Orcutt died at Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts. He abt 1765 sold half-cottage at present 500 Randolf Street, West Abington to John Ford. He was born on 1 August 1713 at Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts. He was the son of Thomas Orcutt and Jane Emerson. Emerson Orcutt married Mary Gardiner, daughter of John Gardiner and Rebecca Ripley, on 3 April 1735 at Cohasset, Massachusetts.

     Her married name was Orcutt. Mary Gardiner was born on 19 January 1716/17 at Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of John Gardiner and Rebecca Ripley. Mary Gardiner married Emerson Orcutt, son of Thomas Orcutt and Jane Emerson, on 3 April 1735 at Cohasset, Massachusetts.

     Lazarus Le Baron was 2333 Type: Reference Number. He was born on 26 December 1698. He was the son of Dr. Francis Le Baron and Mary Eames Wilder. Lazarus Le Baron died on 2 September 1773 at age 74.      Hannah Orcutt was born on 28 February 1739/40. She was the daughter of Emerson Orcutt and Mary Gardiner. Hannah Orcutt was baptized on 8 June 1740 at Hingham, Massachusetts; according to records of 2nd Church of Scituate).

     Mary Orcutt was born on 12 February 1742/43. She was the daughter of Emerson Orcutt and Mary Gardiner.

     Jane Orcutt was born on 7 October 1750. She was the daughter of Emerson Orcutt and Mary Gardiner.
