     Joseph George Novinska was born on 7 November 1881.1,2 He was the son of Paul Nowinski and Dorothea Lemanski.1 Joseph George Novinska appeared on the census of 1900 in the household of Paul Nowinski and Dorothea Lemanski at Liberty, Grant, Wisconsin.3 Joseph George Novinska married Anna C. (?) on 19 April 1904.1 Joseph George Novinska and Anna C. (?) appeared on the census of 1910 at Fennimore, Grant, Wisconsin.
     Joseph George Novinska filled out a draft card for the third WW I draft registration on 12 September 1918 Lancaster, Grant, Wisconsin.1 He and Anna C. (?) appeared on the census of 1930 at North Lancaster, Grant, Wisconsin. Joseph George Novinska died in 1948.4 He was buried in 1948 at St. Mary's Cemetery, Fennimore, Grant, Wisconsin.4
