- Approved Errata
- A list of corrections to a published standard, in the form of a list of changes, approved by a OASIS TC. See OASIS Technical Committee Process 3.4.
- Comment List
- The mechanism via which an OASIS TC may receive feedback from the public. The archives for the OASIS ODF TC’s comment list are here. Information for posting to the comment list is here.
- Committee Draft
- An intermediate draft in an OASIS TC, approved by a simple majority of voting members of the TC. Also known as a “CD”. A Committee Draft that is sent out for public review is termed a Public Review Draft.
- Committee Specification
- The status of an OASIS TC draft that has been sent out for public review and then has been further approved by 2/3 of the voting members of the TC.
- ODF
- OpenDocument Format, a free and open standard for editable office documents. The ODF standard is developed by the ODF Technical Committee in OASIS.
- ODF Adoption TC
- A Technical Committee in OASIS with a mission “to provide expertise and resources to educate the marketplace on the value of the OpenDocument OASIS Standard”.
- ODF Interoperability and Conformance TC
- A Technical Committee in OASIS with a mission “to produce materials and host events that will help implementors create applications which conform the ODF standard and which are able to interoperate”. Also known as the “OIC” TC.
- ODF TC
- The OASIS Technical Committee which developed the ODF Standard. The ODF TC also controls the maintenance and revision of ODF.
- ODP
- The file extension commonly used with ODF presentation documents
- ODS
- The file extension commonly used with ODF spreadsheet documents
- ODT
- The file extension commonly used with ODF text documents
- OIC TC
- The OASIS ODF Interoperability and Conformance TC
- TC
- The acronym for Technical Committee
